We are coming to the end of a year that has seen so much change, but also seen people supporting people and so many of you stepping up in difficult situations.

And as we head into December we are all being asked to step up again, to support local and ensure that the small businesses and the self-employed can have as bumper a Christmas as is possible.

Support local

We are supporting local producers and suppliers but we are also asking for support ourselves. The practitioners of the Centre for Integral Health, many who make their very living out of the healing power of touch, have seen much of their income lost in 2020.

But we now have new premises where we can meet face to face, practitioners have launched outdoor and walk and talk sessions which have gone extremely well, and we are taking small steps towards reaching our ‘new normal’.
