Neuro-Liguistic Programming and Coaching

Most coaches will use elements of NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The term NLP can sound intimidating, but in simple terms it's a way of changing the way we think, act and feel, partly by changing the language we use.

Essentially, we learn patterns of behaviour through our life experiences, and these patterns don't always serve us well. So by changing these behavioural patterns, this can make it easier for us to reach our goals.

What will you get from NLP Coaching?
There are many benefits to having a regular session with a coach. For a start, you will have someone there who can listen to you and ask you the right questions to help you to find the answers that you need.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is an interactive process.

A coach supports you to make a change, learn something new or achieve goals.

This can happen through conversations and other creative techniques and tools.

It can take place face-to-face, on a walk & talk, over the phone or online.

The aim here is to support you in making the progress in an area of your life that you would like to make changes to or to overcome a problem that you are struggling with.

How it works and the benefits for you.

A life coach believes that you have already the answers you need inside of you.

The role of the life coach is to help you find your own answers.

The interactive process includes for example asking specific questions, listening in an active way, observing what is happening and reflecting back to you what is going on.

With this process you can gain greater awareness of yourself and understand more why you are in your current situation and what could make you move forward.

A life coach holds space in a non judgemental way with focus on exactly what you need in any moment and this enables you to find the answers that you need to make next steps.

The benefits of working with a life coach is that you dedicate time and energy to your own development and this in itself improves your confidence and trust in yourself.

A life coach can help you to get clarity and direction in your life.

Life Coaching in combination with Systemic work.

Here at the Integral Health Center we have our practitioner Franziska Cecchetti-Pretsch who is trained as a Life Coach, but also as a Social Worker and as an Advanced Facilitator of Systemic Constellations.

This means that she is able to not only to support you in making changes and finding next steps in life, but she also has the professional understanding of mental health issues, traumas or addictions and can support you with these too.

She can also support you with any family issues that are causing you stress and tension in your family or your family of origin. See also the section Systemic Constellations on this website.
