Do you wish it could be Christmas every day?

Do you wish it could be Christmas every day?

Do you wish it could be Christmas every day?

We are working on it....

We spend weeks preparing for that wonderful time in December when families get together for food, drinks, games, walks in the fresh air - and lots of other family traditions.

It is a time when we tend to relax (at least for most of it - we know that Christmas dinner can be stressful in the kitchen) and enjoy what is around us.

Here at the centre we want that to be how every day is! Every day should involve the things that make you smile, help you to relax….

Christmas music

Now you may not want to play your Christmas play list on a Friday afternoon in May but have you considered putting together songs that help you to relax and playing them whenever you have had a hard day?

When your tree is up have you ever sat down with a warm drink and gazed at the lights, enjoying looking at the baubles and admiring your handiwork?

Again, you may not have a tree up in August but many people find watching fish tanks relaxing, or lava lamps, or something else they find relaxing to watch with their feet up and a hot drink.

Family time

Spending time with family is a great way to bring a smile to your face, and even though family life can be stressful it is important to take time out to enjoy each other - whether that be Christmas Day or just a walk in the countryside.

But we do know that some people can find it difficult to relax, and hard to recognise what they need to make themselves happy and healthy.

Without health, our experience and enjoyment of life can be significantly impaired on all levels… matter how hard we try.

Health and wellness

More than at any time in the past, we feel people are in need of a truly integral approach to health and wellness - which is why we are here!

We want it to be Christmas every day for everyone, and if you would love to bottle that feeling but are struggling to work out the best way to achieve it please do get in touch on 01743 369866 or via our Contact Us page
