Time to spring in to action?

Time to spring in to action?

Have you noticed there’s something in the air? A barely perceptible yet distinctly felt shift from winter to spring.

In between the showers of snow the sun is actually warm. Bright spring flowers are blooming and blossoming everywhere we look and the blackbird is singing his heart out into the lighter, brighter evenings.

It was noticeably busier on the allotments at the weekend and all of a sudden it feels like we’re coming out of the dark in to the light with a breath of fresh air.

After a winter of relative inertia this can be a bit of a shock to our bodies that have become accustomed to long dark days spent inside with little activity or momentum. To be out and about, exercising more, working on jobs outside that are now possible with the longer days, can take its toll on our bodies. Finding the energy to embrace the spring can seem like a bit of an effort when we’re used to a slower pace.

Our In Defence of Self master-class guides you through the change of season and helps you to achieve optimal seasonal well-being. The next class focuses on the spring equinox and muscular aches and pains, giving you the knowledge needed to be able to re-balance and feel better. You’ll gain detailed knowledge of three essential oils with hands on guidance in using these oils to make a natural health care product. Giving you the confidence you need to care for your health naturally in everyday life. We’ll also guide you through a powerful meditation. Helping you to identify and connect to your inner peace and vision for the months to come.

Our next class runs on the 25th March at the Centre for Integral health, Shrewsbury, SY1 1RY, from 10.30-12.00

Places are £30.00 and must be booked by the 18th March with a £5.00 deposit.
