Meditation Reduces Stress by Relaxing Body and Mind

It can enhance immune system function, help to ease any pains, increase concentration and energy levels. It allows creativity to emerge and our true self to surface. We gain insight into who we are and how we relate with others. It gives us contentment and peace within. It gives us focus to be present in the ‘here and now’, to be mindful of our self and our surroundings. We can learn to meditate anywhere and at any time, allowing a sense of tranquillity and peace.

“Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.”



The Meditation group will be a time for you to go deeper in to yourself, to create some peace into your day / week, a time to give focus through awareness of the breath and mindfulness. This will be a space to give awareness and heighten our senses with attention to our everyday activities. There will be Informative teaching of spiritual awareness with meditation techniques for you to use in your daily life or at times of need. You will be guided with meditation and visualisations to connect body with mind and spirit. A time to just ‘be’!
