These methods were developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a chiropractor and holistic practitioner. Dr. Nelson observed that many physical and emotional symptoms are deeply linked to underlying energetic imbalances rather than physical causes alone. The Emotion Code: Releasing the Weight
The Emotion Code is a gentle method focused specifically on identifying and releasing Trapped Emotions. These may stem from past experiences, chronic stress, or even inherited patterns. When these "balls of energy" are released, many clients report:

Understanding the "Heart-Wall"
One of the most important concepts in the Emotion Code is the Heart-Wall. During times of deep grief, hurt, or fear, the subconscious mind may create an energetic barrier to protect your heart from further injury.
While this wall serves as a shield in the short term, it can eventually become a burden. A Heart-Wall may:
• Make you feel "numb" or disconnected from others.
• Create a sense of isolation, even when you are with loved ones.
• Block you from fully giving or receiving love and joy.
• Contribute to physical heaviness or tension in the chest and shoulders.
By gently identifying the specific emotions that make up this wall, we can begin to dismantle it layer by layer, allowing you to feel more open, connected, and vibrant again.
The Body Code: A Whole-System Approach
The Body Code builds on this by looking at the body as a complete energetic system. It explores imbalances across six key areas to find the root cause of discomfort:
• Energy: Trapped emotions, heart-walls, and energetic disruptions.
• Circuits & Systems: Communication pathways (meridians, chakras, organs).
• Toxins: Environmental, dietary, or internal stressors.
• Pathogens: Energetic signatures of bacteria, viruses, or microbes.
• Structural: Misalignments in the physical framework.
• Nutrition & Lifestyle: Deficiencies, sensitivities, and daily habits.
How It Works:
The Wisdom of Your Subconscious We use muscle testing (a form of biofeedback) to communicate with your subconscious mind—which acts like a record of everything you have ever experienced.
